Cancellation Policy
At The CREW, we truly value your time and support, and we ask for the same courtesy in return. Our team reserves dedicated appointment times specifically for you and missed appointments directly impact both the artist and business. To ensure we can continue providing the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancelations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours, in advance. Appointments canceled within the 24 hour, will incur a 33% cancellation fee. Furthermore, no-show appointments will be responsible for 100% of their appointment and will be charged to the card on file when booking. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting the schedule for other guests. In addition, repeat late notice clients will be asked to prepay for the full appointment before booking.
